Where the Customer is a Consumer, the Company will provide a refund for any goods which:

(i) are or become faulty through no fault of the Consumer,

(ii) are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose the Consumer has made known to our sales personnel,

(iii) do not match a description or sample, or at the Consumer’s option will arrange for the repair or replacement of the goods, where practicable. The Consumer should retain a receipt as proof of purchase.

All orders will be transported via our standard transport carrier and a fixed delivery charge of AUD 16.50 (GST inclusive) per order is payable prior to despatch.

All deliveries outsite Australia are Ex works and risk shall pass to the customer when the goods leave the company's premises.

All deliveries within Australia will be made within 10 working days from date of despatch via our standard transport carrier.

All orders will be delivered between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm except for Public holidays and weekends within Australia.

If an order cannot be filled for any reason, the customer will be notified within 2 business days of receiving the order and will be advised of when the stock will be avaiable.

Hafele Australia Pty Ltd will only accept orders placed within Australia and the Pacific Islands (excluding New Zealand). For all other countries please refer to www.hafele.com for your nearest sales office.
