Australian, contemporary country style was at the heart of The Block 2022’s Kitchen Week challenge and the design and execution was a masterclass in creating spaces that balance style, design and functionality.
Winners are grinners!
Tom and Sarah-Jane’s winning kitchen “set the judges hearts racing” and Neale Whitaker described this design as “THE ultimate, contemporary country kitchen”
Tom and Sarah Jane’s design beautifully balanced greys, timbers, marble, and bronze tones with a focus on subtle detail and maximum functionality and according to Shaynna Blaze gave “this house a pulsating heart”
At the heart of the design, the generous 3.7-metre island bench offers plenty of seating space, and cleverly integrates a feature butler’s sink, Häfele Ninka Pull-Out Bin, and integrated dishwasher to create the perfect cleaning zone – giving this kitchen a BIG tick from Darren Palmer
